Use the ‘Schedule Care’ icon to the top right of your screen and fill out the blank form. An administrative staff (or the provider) will contact you to gather brief intake information, and schedule the initial appointment. You will then receive electronic consent forms, intake questionnaires, and tele-health setup instructions. What should I do in case of a mental health emergency?

Most mental health medications in accordance with state and federal DEA regulations determined after a comprehensive evaluation, which includes diagnostic criteria, medical history, and other individual factors to ensure treatment is safe, effective, and clinically appropriate. Note that controlled substances such as stimulants and certain anti-anxiety medications require careful monitoring because of their potential for dependence, misuse, and side effects. These medications are prescribed only when medically necessary and may require additional follow-up or coordination with in-person providers. Benzodiazepines for ongoing or long-term maintenance treatment are not prescribed.
